Position Summary:
Reporting to the Talent Manager, the HR Coordinator will be fully immersed in all areas of our hiring, recruitment and our onboarding processes. You will be responsible for the logistical support for and being a key anchor for the recruitment team. Specifically, you will initiate candidate screening, posting of our positions, and work with hiring managers with coordinating candidate interviews. In this role, you will utilize all resources (technology and AI) to streamline and automate hiring processes.
Key Qualities needed for this role:
  • You enjoy working with lots of people, in a fast-paced environment supporting lite sourcing, candidate screening, and onboarding new hires.
  • You’re a proactive problem-solver who keeps things moving behind the scenes with minimal direction.
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and can multiple tasks/projects and work within a team structure.
