Disability Services Team Leader - Day Programs & Inclusion

Achieve Australia is seeking a Service Coordinator/Team Leader in Ipswich to lead day to day delivery of high quality, person centred supports for clients. You will oversee operations, support frontline staff and ensure services meet client goals and NDIS requirements.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage rostering and reporting, and foster an inclusive environment for clients and staff across multiple settings in the region.
