What You Will Be Doing : * Participating in requirements gathering, the design process, product reviews, and deployment activities. * Applying Agile/Scrum project management model for a given development effort. * Troubleshooting systems, hardware, and software when issues occur. * Documenting standard operating procedures needed to perform maintenance and deployment, and resolving more frequently encountered issues. * Reducing commonly encountered problems in development or deployment via Bash, Python, or Powershell scripts. * Ensuring system compliance with enterprise technical architecture and security directives. * Assisting in keeping management apprised of project or program status. * Assisting project and program teams in preparing for program management reviews.
