Comfort Advisor

Hobaica Services - Champions Group is seeking a Comfort Advisor to help homeowners in the Phoenix area choose the right HVAC solutions. In this consultative sales role, you'll perform in-home evaluations, present system options, and educate customers on comfort, efficiency, and financing. Partner closely with technicians and installers to ensure seamless projects and happy clients. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comfort and system assessments for residential customers
• Present HVAC system options, accessories, and financing in a consultative manner
• Prepare detailed proposals and follow up to close sales and meet revenue goals
• Collaborate with technicians and installers to ensure accurate system design and installation
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage a personal sales pipeline
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, maintenance, and indoor air quality solutions
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to stay current on products and best practices
• Represent Hobaica Services - Champions Group with honesty, integrity, and friendly, professional service
