Location: Pleasonton, CA (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Need only local to California consultant
Tasks:
Architecture & Data Modeling: Building scalable relational schemas, optimizing linked records, and designing complex data architectures.
Advanced Automation & Scripting: Creating robust workflows using native tools and custom JavaScript within Airtable Scripting blocks and automation extensions.
System Integrations: Connecting Airtable with third-party ecosystems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware such as Make or Zapier.
Interface & Tool Design: Building role-based internal applications using Airtable Interfaces to streamline workflows.
Airtable: AI platform/apps/agents, automation of workflows and configuration.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)
- Airtable Expert
- AI platform/apps/agents
- Automation of workflows
- Configuration expertise
- Experience with relational databases and scalable relational schemas
- Experience with linked records and complex data architectures
- Experience with advanced automation and scripting
- Experience with custom JavaScript within Airtable Scripting blocks and automation extensions
- Experience with REST APIs and webhooks
- Experience with middleware such as Make or Zapier
- Experience with Airtable Interfaces and role-based internal applications
