The Role

• Participate in budget planning and market analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
• Support the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Analyze processes, identify weaknesses, and propose optimization strategies.
• Specialize in one of five fields from the 3rd semester: Accounting & Controlling, Taxation, Social Management, Retail Management, or Logistics Management.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational training certificate, or state-recognized technician/business administrator qualification.
• German language proficiency (B2 level).
• Strong mathematical and logical reasoning skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and independent work ethic, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Good English language skills.
