The Role

• Set up and operate processing machinery
• Conduct quality checks and maintain documentation
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and preventive upkeep of equipment
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and the operational status of machinery
• Assist with testing new technologies and processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Packaging Material Technologist, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• A high degree of responsibility and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to work independently and towards goals
• Willingness to work shifts and on weekends
