The Role

• Guide and mentor nursing apprentices in practical care settings.
• Support and coach nursing staff through dedicated coaching sessions.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new employees according to the established company concept.
• Inspire students to pursue internships within the organization.
• Perform comprehensive basic and advanced nursing care.
• Oversee the planning, execution, documentation, and evaluation of individual patient care needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualification as a certified nursing professional (e.g., state-recognized geriatric nurse, registered nurse, pediatric nurse) with a specific qualification as a practice supervisor.
• Preferably, professional experience in your trained nursing field.
• Knowledge of the generalist nursing education curriculum.
• Self-confidence and assertive communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain complex processes.
• Strong alignment with the organization's core values.
• Enjoyment of open communication within the team.
• A valid driver's license (Class B).
