System Tester with Security Clearance

• Responsibilities • Document test procedures, test plans, and test cases for geospatial systems and applications • Conduct system testing and requirements verification against approved test plans • Support testing and development teams in understanding functional and technical requirements • Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to support system integration efforts • Develop training materials for systems and end users • Perform and facilitate integration activities for open service-based architectures • Track and report test results, defects, and issues, and support resolution efforts • Communicate complex technical testing matters clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Coordinate with government customers and program teams to ensure testing milestones and requirements are met Qualifications Required Qualifications • Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI and polygraph • Bachelor's degree in any field/major, or 5 additional years of relevant information technology experience in lieu of degree • 3+ years of relevant experience in information technology or systems testing • Demonstrated ability to execute approved test plans with supervision • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly to help drive issues to resolution Desired Qualifications • Experience supporting NGA or other NGA/IC customer environments specifically • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher) and experience testing cloud-hosted systems • Experience with Momentum Financials (Unison/CGI) systems or testing • Experience developing and maintaining Interface Control Documents (ICDs) • Familiarity with open service-based architectures (e.g., OGC standards, REST/SOAP web services) • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM/Quality Center)
