Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Order Management Consultant to support and enhance Order Management operations for a large enterprise environment. The consultant will be responsible for managing OM configurations, troubleshooting business and system issues, supporting order-to-ship processes, handling integrations, and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on Oracle Fusion OM expertise, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Mandatory skills*:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM).
  • Expertise in Order Processing, Pricing, and OM Setups/Configurations.
  • Experience with EDI integrations and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) integrations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Shipping Processes and integrations with non-Oracle systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and OTBI reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

Desired skills*:

  • Knowledge of Oracle OM modules and related integrations.
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to integration technologies and middleware platforms.
  • Experience in production support and incident management.
  • Ability to work in a global delivery model with onsite/offshore teams.
