Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ReactJS Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, front-end architecture, and team leadership. This role requires hands-on development, technical guidance, code reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications using ReactJS.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front-end developers.
• Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to define technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Participate in application design discussions, sprint planning, estimation, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes follow industry standards.
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 5+ years in ReactJS development.
• 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role.
• Strong proficiency in:
• ReactJS
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• TypeScript
• HTML5
• CSS3 / SCSS
• Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices integration.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern front-end design patterns.
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Prior experience leading distributed or offshore development teams.
