Quick Overview
Job Description
About Klira: Building the #1 luxury bespoke skincare brand globally.
At Klira we start where dermatology starts: by understanding what your skin actually needs, so you can get to the ingredients that will make it as healthy and resilient as possible. Our bespoke formulations bring together the elegance of luxury cosmeceuticals with peak-potency prescription actives which are freshly made to order and delivered to our customers door every month.
Based in central London, this is a unique opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team putting Klira into high-growth mode.
About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Junior Community & Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team.
We’re a small, agile team that works at pace and you’ll be involved in generating ideas and making them happen across the brand. As a prescription skincare business, we also work within strict regulatory guidelines, so accuracy, credibility and consistency are essential. This is a broad role spanning community, content, CRM, social and general marketing support.
This is a hybrid role, with three days a week in our office near London Bridge, plus occasional travel to events and content shoots.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, social listening and wider social conversations, helping to establish Klira as a trusted authority in prescription skincare
- Manage our VIP Programme, identifying and building relationships with suitable content partners
- Create content for use across all channels, including at our office, lab, events and shoot locations when required
- Edit shortform video content for use across all channels in line with brand guidelines
- Build and send emails in our CRM platform, including creating campaigns, setting up audiences and checking content, under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager
- Be an active member of the marketing team’s Ideas Factory, contributing ideas for content, campaigns, partnerships and customer communications
- Lead Neighbourhood Watch, keeping up to date with developments across skincare, prescription skincare and the wider industry, and bringing relevant insight and ideas to the team
Key Skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, channels and deadlines
- Proactive, taking ownership, spotting opportunities and getting things moving
- Strong attention to detail. This is particularly important when working within prescription and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent written communication. You’ll need to write clear, engaging and accurate copy
- Understanding of digital and social media landscape. You’ll be comfortable using digital platforms and understand how brands should behave online.
- An interest in the skincare industry. You’ll be keen to understand the category, the customer and the competitive landscape.
- Previous experience in a marketing, community, social, content or CRM role would be useful. Experience in skincare, beauty, health or healthcare would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
