We are hiring a Leasing Consultant to work onsite at our apartment community Burano Hunter's Creek in Orlando, FL.

  • You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job, including competitive commissions.
    • Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including:
      • Higher rent rate unitUpdated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.
      • Exceeding monthly goalSeveral tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease

What You Will Do

  • Follow AIR’s sales process and maintain prompt, consistent follow-up with active prospects.
  • Schedule and conduct engaging community tours that demonstrate the value of Burano Hunter’s Creek and help prospects find their new home.
  • Build and manage an active prospect pipeline from initial inquiry through signed lease.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
  • Use AIR’s approved CRM, property-management platform, communication tools, and AI-enabled leasing technology to document activity, prioritize follow-up, and support leasing performance.
  • Contribute to community marketing, outreach, resident-referral, and lead-generation efforts.
  • Provide leasing support to other communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

What You Have

  • 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
  • A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and following a defined sales process.
  • Strong customer-service skills and the ability to understand and address current and future resident needs.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort learning and using CRM, property-management, communication, and AI-enabled leasing tools.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule during community office hours. Hours may include weekends and may vary based on the community and season.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
