Brand Manager (Automotive)

40,000- 45,000 ( 65k+ OTE) + Company Car + Training + Progression

Are you a Brand Manager or similar from an automotive/motor trade background, looking to join a leading business, where you will have complete control leading a team of 5 experienced Sales Executive, alongside clear routes to progress into a General Manager role?

Are you looking to join a looking to join a rapidly growing national company, where you can increase your earnings drastically through commission, heading up the department?

With over 50 years of history and 15+ dealerships across the Southwest and Wales, this well-established company boast a turnover of 270 million and are looking to continue their market dominance for years to come.

In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of daily sales operations and executives alike, driving overall performance and results. You will also be responsible for organising and delivering both sales events and campaigns, alongside inter-departmental liaison to ensure customer information and processes are kept accurate.

This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar coming from an automotive/motor trade background, looking to lead a high-performing team from a flagship dealership.

The Role:

  • Oversight and management of daily sales operations
  • Organising and delivering both sales events and campaigns
  • Ensure customer information and processes are kept accurate
  • Monday - Saturday, 08:30am - 6pm, weekday off of your choosing

The Person:

  • Brand/Sales Manager or similar
  • Automotive/motor trade background
