Overview

Our client is seeking a Presentation Automation & Reporting Solutions Engineer to join the team and focus efforts on designing and implementing automated reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with minimal manual effort.

The ideal candidate combines strong Microsoft Power Platform development expertise with experience integrating enterprise data sources, reporting platforms, APIs, and emerging AI technologies to streamline reporting and presentation generation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated PowerPoint generation solutions for executive and operational reporting.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to support reporting and presentation processes.
• Integrate Power BI datasets and reporting assets into presentation outputs.
• Develop solutions leveraging Microsoft Graph APIs and PowerPoint APIs.
• Create and maintain Office Scripts to automate reporting workflows.
• Implement AI-powered and Copilot-enabled presentation generation capabilities.
• Design reusable presentation templates that dynamically populate with enterprise data.
• Automate recurring executive reporting packages and management dashboards.
• Integrate data from SQL databases, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Fabric, REST APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Monitor, support, and optimize reporting automation pipelines.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development or automation engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
• Advanced experience with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience developing Power Automate workflows and automation solutions.
• Experience working with Microsoft Graph APIs and REST-based integrations.
• Proficiency with Power BI reporting and dataset integration.
• Experience with Office Scripts and PowerPoint automation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate business reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions.
