Role Overview
This role is ideal for a developer with experience in full-stack development and data engineering working in an Agile development environment. The position involves designing, developing, and optimizing web and database solutions, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support mission-critical applications. These are fully remote roles supporting a program that provides background investigation services for the US Government.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A BS/BA degree is required.
Experience: 7 years of relevant work experience is required.
Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop applications based on specifications provided by software developers or stakeholders.
- Create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts to support application functionality.
- Conduct testing and trial runs to validate the accuracy and performance of applications.
- Maintain, update, and improve existing programs to increase efficiency and adapt to new requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Document data lineage, processes, and technical specifications to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Develop advanced T-SQL queries, including stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
- Develop and support reporting solutions using SSRS, including dataset design.
- Develop solutions for data storage, retrieval, and system integration.
- Partner with technical and business teams to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.

Technical Skills:
- Experience supporting and developing custom web-based applications.
- 7+ years of experience with Angular.
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio.
- 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server.
- 5+ years of experience using Bootstrap UI, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery for website design.
- Experience in Cloud development.
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps for workload planning and management.
- Technical troubleshooting, code debugging, and problem-solving skills for custom-built applications and databases.
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with others.
- Organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects or assignments simultaneously.
- Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under general supervision in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
