Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support highly available enterprise network infrastructure across WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and hybrid cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Juniper, and Arista platforms, with deep knowledge of routing, switching, WAN resiliency, network segmentation, VPN technologies, and cloud networking.

This role will focus on maintaining reliable enterprise connectivity, supporting network modernization initiatives, troubleshooting complex network issues, and ensuring high availability across distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support highly available WAN architectures using dual ISP connectivity, BGP failover, and HSRP gateway redundancy.
• Work directly with ISPs and carrier providers to investigate WAN circuit outages and coordinate restoration activities.
• Configure and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching infrastructure.
• Implement network segmentation and microsegmentation using VLANs, firewall policies, and access-control mechanisms.
• Configure and support secure site-to-site IPsec VPNs across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Support hybrid-cloud networking integrations involving Azure VNets and AWS Transit Gateway.
• Support Cisco Meraki MX SD-WAN deployments across multi-site enterprise environments.
• Monitor network health using network observability and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Analyze telemetry, traffic flows, utilization, latency, and performance metrics.
• Perform detailed troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex production network issues.
• Document incidents, network changes, RCA findings, and infrastructure improvements.
• Support production network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with network, security, cloud, infrastructure, ISP, and application teams.
• Ensure network solutions meet availability, performance, security, and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall network engineering experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with relevant enterprise networking technologies.
• Strong expertise in network routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki MX/MS/MR platforms.
• Experience with Aruba AOS-CX, Aruba Central, and enterprise wireless infrastructure.
• Experience with Juniper EX/QFX and/or Arista EOS.
• Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Experience with enterprise WAN, ISP connectivity, and network redundancy.
• Experience supporting VLANs, network segmentation, and access-control mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with IPsec VPN technologies.
• Experience with hybrid cloud networking, preferably Azure and AWS.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
