Digital Designer (Full Time)

We're looking for a Digital Designer who thrives in a creative environment, loves solving design problems, and can turn strategy and ideas into digital experiences that look incredible and work seamlessly. You'll join a growing team of designers, strategists, developers, videographers and content creators - and play a central role in shaping the work we deliver.

This is a full-time role based in Wollongong, with a hybrid arrangement requiring a minimum of three days a week in our office.

• Lead the design of websites, landing pages, and digital experiences from concept through to polished UI.
• Translate brand strategy and creative direction into intuitive, on-brand UX and visual design.
• Collaborate closely with our developers, strategists and Creative Director to deliver work that feels cohesive, intentional and high-quality.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, responsive layouts and design system components.
• Present design rationale clearly and confidently to the internal team (and sometimes to clients).
• Contribute to continual improvement of our design process and maintain our internal design system.
• Support broader creative projects where needed across brand identity, campaign assets or social design.

• A digital designer with 3-6 years of agency or equivalent experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong UI/UX capability, contemporary design sensibilities, and thoughtful interaction design.
• Advanced Figma skills (auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems).
• Understanding of UX best practice, including structure, hierarchy, accessibility and conversion principles.
• Experience designing for WordPress, Webflow or similar CMS environments.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while still collaborating closely with the team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing polished, professional work.
• Someone who is proactive, curious and committed to growing their craft.
• Motion or micro-interaction design skills
• Experience in brand identity or campaign design
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not required, but beneficial)
• Brand strategy development experience
