About the Role

This role brings employee experience and inclusion together to create better, more equitable experiences across the employee lifecycle. You’ll use employee-centred design to map journeys, refine and embed moments that matter and turn insights into practical improvements.

Working within Organisational Development, you’ll partner closely with People teams, business leaders, team members and customer experience specialists. You’ll help establish strong employee experience practices that support Suncorp’s Employee Value Proposition, inclusion ambitions and organisational priorities, while building approaches that consider different employee needs and experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design and improve employee experience approaches across the full employee lifecycle, with inclusion and equity embedded throughout.
• Map employee journeys and strengthen moments that matter, translating findings into practical experience improvements.
• Partner with People teams, business leaders, team members and customer experience specialists to develop employee-centred solutions.
• Interpret employee feedback, workforce insights and organisational needs to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Apply human-centred and service design methods to diagnose challenges, test ideas and improve employee experiences.
• Evaluate employee experience initiatives and use evidence to support continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• At least two years’ relevant experience in employee experience design within a complex organisation
• Practical capability in employee journey mapping, human-centred design, service design, design thinking or related methodologies.
• Strong consultation and influencing skills, with experience building trusted relationships across varied stakeholder groups.
• Ability to interpret employee feedback, workforce insights and organisational information and translate them into practical solutions.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or training in employee experience, organisational development, human-centred design or a related discipline is advantageous.
