we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities: The contingent worker is needed to support Appian production support and project activities. We recently lost five developers due to retirements and resignations, creating a significant capacity gap. While we are actively hiring permanent employees, the contingent resource is needed in the interim to maintain application support, meet project timelines, and ensure business continuity.

Mandatory Skills:

  1. Basic understanding of Appian low code development concepts, including interfaces, process models, records, and data types.
  2. Professional certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
  3. Ability to configure reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  4. Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools (Data Loader, import wizards).
  5. Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  6. Ability to navigate Appian Designer and work with standard Appian components under guidance.
  7. Familiarity with building or modifying simple Appian applications, forms, or workflow automations.
  8. Understanding of Appian best practices for application design, performance, and maintainability.
  9. Willingness to learn Appian development, Appian SAIL, Appian integrations, and Appian DevOps processes
