This is a great opportunity to move into a Lead Engineer position where you'll remain hands-on technically, while taking more responsibility for the day-to-day running of the engineering shift. You'll coordinate maintenance activity, support a team of engineers and work closely with production to keep the site running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing Lead and support a team of multi-skilled maintenance engineers<br />Carry out reactive, planned and preventative maintenance<br />Prioritise engineering tasks to reduce downtime and improve OEE<br />Coordinate engineering activity with production<br />Help drive high standards across maintenance, safety and compliance<br />Support engineers on shift and help develop the wider team<br />What We're Looking For Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias<br />Recognised engineering qualification - Apprenticeship, C&amp;G, ONC, 17th/18th Edition or equivalent<br />Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food production<br />Confident communicator who can take ownership and lead from the front<br />Someone ready to move into a Lead Engineer / Engineering Team Leader position<br />Hands-on, practical approach with a focus on reliability and keeping production moving<br />Ready for the next step?
