The Role • Travel 10%-20% CONUS/OCONUS for hardware installation, interpretation of documentation, and cabling. • Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with multiple organizations during field assignments. • Manage hardware-related tickets in ServiceNow and other systems, providing customer updates. • Lead all phases of hardware projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and technical performance analysis. • Conduct engineering reviews of deployment packages to identify and resolve inconsistencies. • Develop and validate hardware drawing packages in collaboration with systems engineering teams. What You'll Need • Five (5) years of experience as a Hardware Engineer, analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT applications. • Proven experience documenting installations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. • Expertise in performing break/fix support, including immediate changes, maintenance, sustainment, and replacement of failed hardware. • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. • Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. • Ability to remain stationary 70% of the time and navigate typical office environments.
