Break down complex business requirements into technical solutions. Mentor and coach junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance. Drive code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards. Collaborate with product owners, and cross functional,

Experience designing and implementing scalable, highperformance applications.

Strong understanding of software design patterns, security, and system architecture.

Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
