Job Description
We're hiring a Director of Engineering to lead large-scale Data Management & Analytics programs for enterprise clients in the Sports & Gaming domain. This is a leadership role focused on delivery excellence, client engagement, team management, and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering, analytics, and data management programs.
- Drive delivery governance, quality, risk management, and execution best practices.
- Manage global, cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders and lead executive reviews.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on scalable cloud data solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support solutioning and proposals.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of program/delivery management in Data Engineering, Data Management, or Analytics.
- Strong AWS expertise (Redshift preferred).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform/Snowflake/Databricks).
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Experience with Agile, JIRA/Azure DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience leading large global teams.
Nice to Have
- Sports, Gaming, Media, Entertainment, Health, Fitness, or Lifestyle industry experience.
- Exposure to DataOps, data quality, CI/CD, APIs, and modern data platforms.
- Experience with Fortune 500 clients and account growth.
