We're hiring on behalf of a leading European aerospace and defense conglomerate, a global market leader renowned for its innovation and significant contributions to the industry. This well-established company, with a substantial workforce at its Bremen facility, is seeking skilled Mechatronics Technicians to join their advanced manufacturing operations.

The Role

• Independently process work orders in upper-stage production.
• Install piping, and assemble and commission electrical and fluidic components.
• Route and connect wiring harnesses according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Install and connect sensors for monitoring relevant system parameters.
• Analyze and address fault messages, performing necessary rework and repairs.
• Participate in ongoing production and actively support the optimization of manufacturing processes.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational-technical training (e.g., aircraft mechanic, mechatronics technician, or equivalent qualification).
• Several years of professional experience (minimum 3 years) in electrical/mechatronics, maintenance, and repair, ideally within aerospace.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
• Fluent German language skills and good English proficiency.
• Independent, structured, and reliable work approach.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and high resilience.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and South America.
• Availability for a 2-shift system.
