Pay Range: $63.5 - $69.5/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the scaling and execution of paid offline marketing programs, with potential involvement in digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist the marketing lead with day-to-day campaign operations and special projects.
• Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify trends and communicate key findings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Creative, Brand, Analytics, Growth Technology, and external media agency partners.
• Support campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in marketing strategy, opportunity assessment, and customer segmentation.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools and advanced Excel or Client Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate marketing data.
• Experience in paid marketing or performance marketing.
• Exposure to offline media planning or buying, including OTT, CTV, Linear TV, and Audio.
• Experience with digital marketing or Online Video (OLV) campaigns.
• Familiarity with SQL.
