Job Description
A fast-growing career-focused school in South Florida is seeking an experienced
Director of Enrollment Services / Director of Admissions to lead enrollment strategy and manage the admissions team at its Miramar campus. This is a high-priority leadership role for someone who can coach, develop, and motivate a team, create accountability, partner with campus and marketing leadership, and support student-centered enrollment growth. Drive team performance, accountability, and compliance with admissions policies and procedures.

Partner with the Executive Director, marketing, academic departments, and financial aid to ensure a smooth and student-centered admissions process. Support recruitment and marketing initiatives that communicate the school’s mission to prospective students. Oversee admissions materials, including admission requirements and transfer credit policies.

Bachelor’s degree required.
~3+ years of management experience managing multiple direct reports is required.
~ Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and team-development skills.
~ Ability to create accountability, drive performance, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
~ Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite required. This is an opportunity to take ownership of campus-level enrollment strategy, lead an established team, and work closely with executive, marketing, academic, and financial aid leadership.
