Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant professional experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.
• Experience working within mainframe environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), design principles, and system integration.
• Experience with code reviews, testing methodologies, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with:
• z/OS
• PLX
• Assembler
• Mainframe development and support tools
• Experience supporting print services, document processing, or batch-processing systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise production support environments.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring junior engineers.
• Exposure to process automation, tooling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
