Job description

Title: Sr. PI Analyst

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Spring, TX

Pay Range: $65-$75

Role Summary

The Senior PI Analyst is responsible for driving, supporting, and optimizing the AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System infrastructure and analytics capabilities for Upstream industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and support PI Data Archive, Asset Framework, PI Vision, interfaces, connectors, and analytics.



  • Configure PI tags, AF models, asset hierarchies, event frames, calculations, and dashboards.



  • Ensure real-time data quality, availability, security, and system performance.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.



  • 5+ years of hands-on AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System experience in Oil & Gas, manufacturing, utilities, or a similar industrial environment.



  • End-to-end expertise in PI Data Archive, Asset Framework, PI Vision, PI Analytics, Event Frames, and PI client/server tools.



  • Experience with PI Web API, PI Integrator, PI Adapters, interfaces, and connectors.



  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems and data sources, including PLC, DCS, SCADA, and data historians.
