This employer is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to oversee retail merchandising operations within a specific market. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing a large team and ensuring the successful execution of client projects across numerous retail locations.

The Role

• Lead and manage a team of 100+ merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations.
• Ensure on-time project execution, maintaining a 95%+ on-time completion rate for all assigned initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and client personnel.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development of field team members.
• Manage district costs, including travel and overtime, to meet financial objectives.
• Drive operational excellence through regular site visits and employee engagement.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in retail operations or field management, with a minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in web-based reporting and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the district.
