Job Description

Skill: Scrum Master

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

Coach the development team and Product Owner on Agile best practices and Scrum principles.

Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and team capacity to ensure predictable delivery.

Identify, escalate, and remove impediments impacting sprint commitments.

Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to manage cross-team dependencies.

Monitor project risks, blockers, and delivery milestones while ensuring adherence to Agile practices.

Maintain Agile artifacts in Jira and Confluence, including user stories, sprint boards, dashboards, and reports.

Facilitate release planning and ensure alignment between sprint deliverables and business priorities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospective action items and process optimization.

Support engineering teams working on Full Stack Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, Oracle, AWS, and CI/CD environments.

Prepare and present Agile delivery metrics and project status to leadership.

Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing Agile team culture.
