Exchange Security Engineer - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Exchange Security Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX.
This role is responsible for supporting a large-scale enterprise Exchange environment, focusing on security and sustainability. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive experience with Trend Micro security tools in both cloud and on-premise infrastructures. This position requires participation in a 24x7 on-call support rotation every 5-6 weeks.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for keeping Exchange Sustainability at 99.9% SLA
• Assist with reviewing documentation, Remedy ticketing, implementing change controls, and at times interfacing with clients

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years' experience with Exchange 2016 or higher servers
• Experience with various tools related to Trend Micro such as Email Security, Cloud App Security (TMCAS), and ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange (both on-prem and cloud)
• Experience with Multi-Node DAG's across multiple data centers and Clustering in a large Exchange environment
• Proficient with Splunk
• Ability to maintain Exchange Operationally, with monitoring utilizing SCOM and On-Call availability and flexibility
• Ability to troubleshoot to Root Cause Exchange mail flow issues for multiple client environment
• Ability to take ownership of an initiative/issue through completion
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment via Skype, WebEx, or Teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with LOB's, Clients and Tech-savvy stakeholders
• Experience with Exchange Online / Microsoft 365
• Must be pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, results driven with attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, and provide daily productive results

Desired skills:

• Trend Micro Certification
• ITIL Certification and in depth understanding of ITIL principles, functions and processes
• Server, Storage & Network experience

Pay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hour
