Job Location: Durham, NC

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $30.95hr - $35.95hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor s degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, with demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities.
  • Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) in a recruiting environment.
  • Hands-on experience using an interview scheduling platform to coordinate interviews and manage scheduling workflows.
  • Ability to independently manage assigned work, exercise sound judgment, resolve scheduling challenges, and recognize when to escalate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships and respond to candidate questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management, with consistent follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Comfort learning new tools and processes and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of candidate care.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Own interview coordination for assigned candidates from the initial scheduling request through completion of each interview round, maintaining continuity and timely follow-through.
  • Manage complex interview schedules, including panel interviews, multiple rounds, and participants across time zones, using GoodTime to coordinate availability, confirmations, and changes.
  • Partner with talent advisors and interviewers to clarify scheduling needs, manage competing priorities, and resolve conflicts while protecting the candidate experience.
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication, answering logistical questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Anticipate candidate needs, verify that interview instructions are complete and accurate, and resolve last-minute issues with sound judgment, escalating when additional support is needed.
  • Coordinate the onsite interview experience in Durham, welcoming candidates and partnering with interviewers to manage transitions and keep the visit running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and interview scheduling status in GoodTime, and proactively follow up on outstanding availability, confirmations, and scheduling actions.
  • Handle candidate information with discretion and maintain a high standard of accuracy, responsiveness, and care in every interaction.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Jobvite and/or Ashby.
  • Experience with GoodTime.
  • Experience coordinating panel interviews and managing schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Interest in using candidate feedback and data to identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience.
