Trade Operations Senior Analyst

A leading investment management firm is seeking a Trade Operations Senior Analyst to support front-office investment teams, oversee key outsourced providers, and drive operational excellence across a multi-asset environment.

This is a broad, high-visibility role offering exposure to trade operations, third-party oversight, regulatory reporting, change initiatives and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee trade processing and settlement across equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives and alternative investments.
2. Manage cash, position and transaction reconciliations, investigating and resolving exceptions.
3. Act as a key point of contact for portfolio managers, custodians, brokers and third-party administrators.
4. Support regulatory reporting and control processes, including MiFID II, EMIR and SFTR.
5. Drive process improvement, automation and operational change initiatives.
6. Support the onboarding of new funds, products and investment strategies.

Requirements

1. 4+ years' experience within Investment Operations, Trade Support or Middle Office.
2. Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
3. Experience across multiple asset classes.
4. Excellent reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
6. Experience with OMS/PMS platforms and custodian systems.
7. Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks including MiFID II, EMIR and SFTR.
8. Experience overseeing third-party providers and vendor relationships.
