Registered Nurse Clinical Lead

●    Schedule: Evenings | Full-time

●    Provides charge nurse leadership, supporting nursing staff, coordinating patient assignments, and serving as a clinical resource on the unit.
●    Lead the specialized recovery of patients following Cardiac, IR, and EP procedures, ensuring every intervention meets rigorous safety standards and clinical protocols.
●    Monitor and evaluate post-procedural recovery in real-time, communicating vital clinical shifts to the care team to ensure immediate response and personalized care adjustments.
●    Coordinate as the central advocate between specialized disciplines to ensure a seamless, well-navigated care journey for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
●    Manage the full discharge process, ensuring patients and families transition from the unit with clarity and confidence.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
●   BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
●    Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
●    Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
●    Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
