Description: Industrial Sales & Client Relations Manager
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Pay: $70,000 to $75,000 Annually DOE + Quarterly Performance Incentive
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Summary for Industrial Sales & Client Relations Manager
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage established customer relationships, develop new business, and support continued growth within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop an established portfolio of customer accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory. Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate industrial products and services. Monitor account activity, pricing, sales performance, and customer needs. Assist customers with product, order, delivery, billing, and account questions. Maintain accurate sales and customer information within company systems. Coordinate with internal teams and product specialists to support customer accounts.

Travel locally to meet with current and prospective customers.

Requirements
3+ years of account management, outside sales, business development, or related experience preferred. Industrial, welding, manufacturing, construction, or related industry experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship skills. Experience with CRM or sales tracking systems.

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Ability to travel to customer locations as required. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed. Benefits
