Location: Remote EST Time Zone
Eligibility: US-Based Candidates Only

Level: L2 Support L2 ONLY (NOT L3)

We are looking for a Windchill L2 Support Analyst to provide production/application support for an enterprise Windchill environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with PTC Windchill
• Hands-on L2 application/production support
• Incident management and troubleshooting
• Root cause analysis and issue resolution
• Experience supporting business-critical applications
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work during EST hours

Important:

• L2 Support experience is mandatory
• L3 / Developer profiles are NOT required
• US-based candidates only
• Remote role, but candidates must be available during EST business hours
