What You'll Need • Hold a (technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or be a state-certified technician or business administrator. • Demonstrate German language proficiency at B2 level. • Possess a strong sense of diligence, responsibility, and discretion. • Exhibit empathy, understanding, enjoyment in working with people, and resilience. • Prior experience through a voluntary social year, federal volunteer service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
