The Role

• Engage in practical phases with a local partner company.
• Deepen your expertise in one of four specialized areas: Childhood Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School-Based Practice.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of socio-psychiatric support, educational assistance, and pedagogical school support.
• Support colleagues in practical, targeted, and pedagogical guidance within individual living situations, family life, and upbringing.
• Benefit from a curriculum designed for practical relevance and career preparedness.

What You'll Need

• Hold a (technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or be a state-certified technician or business administrator.
• Demonstrate German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Possess a strong sense of diligence, responsibility, and discretion.
• Exhibit empathy, understanding, enjoyment in working with people, and resilience.
• Prior experience through a voluntary social year, federal volunteer service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
