We are seeking a proactive, organised and creative Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team in delivering impactful campaigns, building strong client relationships and driving commercial success.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day sales and marketing activities, supporting brand initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of the department. From coordinating VIP experiences and client visits to assisting with digital content, marketing campaigns and sales administration, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic luxury resort environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate VIP experiences, site inspections, client visits and special events.
• Support sales activities, proposals, contracts and client relationships.
• Assist with social media, marketing campaigns, digital content and resort collateral.
• Maintain accurate sales and marketing databases, reports and records.
• Provide administrative support, including meetings, travel and departmental communications.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices and requisitions through Purchase Plus.
• Support brand initiatives, competitor research and revenue opportunities.
• Uphold IHG brand standards and workplace health and safety requirements.

Salary $63,000.00

To be successful in this full-time role, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in sales coordination, marketing administration, hospitality or a similar role will be highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
• A creative mindset with an interest in digital content, social media and marketing campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence managing administrative tasks and databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Delphi, Opera PMS, Cvent or similar systems will be advantageous.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with the flexibility to support different teams and business priorities.
• A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest and client experiences.
