Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience developing and deploying AI, Machine Learning, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions in production environments. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the Healthcare Payer and Provider domain and experience building scalable AI solutions for real-world healthcare use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for Healthcare Payer and Provider organizations.
• Build and productionize LLM-based and Agentic AI systems.
• Develop multi-agent workflows, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Design scalable and secure AI applications that integrate with healthcare systems and data platforms.
• Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data, including clinical, claims, and member/patient data.
• Develop APIs and backend systems to support AI/ML applications.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML models and LLM applications in production.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet healthcare security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related development roles.
• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML systems in production.
• Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI or AI Agent systems deployed in production.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, model evaluation, and LLM orchestration.
• Experience with frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or similar technologies.
• Strong Healthcare domain experience in Payers and/or Providers.
