The Role • Engage customers inside a national retail home improvement store to discuss HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings. • Promote free in-home consultations and schedule tune-ups, with sales advisors handling the follow-up. • Act as a brand representative, fostering positive customer interactions and generating qualified leads. • Work collaboratively to meet team goals and contribute to overall sales success. What You'll Need • An outgoing personality and a proactive approach to speaking with shoppers. • Previous retail, lead generation, or sales experience is preferred, but not required. • Ability to comfortably stand and walk for the duration of your shift. • Availability to work weekends and select holidays. • Reliable transportation to get to the retail location. • A clean and professional appearance to represent the company.
