Permanent Contract - Sales Associate — New York (Opening January 2027)

Location : New York, NY (SoHo) · Full-time/Part-time · Compensation: $22 – $28 per hour base salary + bonus + health insurance + PTO + 401K

SOEUR was founded in Paris in 2008 by two sisters, Domitille and Angélique Brion — Domitille as creative director, Angélique leading the business. What started as a single store on rue Bonaparte has grown into one of France's most beloved ready-to-wear brands: a timeless Parisian wardrobe designed for women of all generations, built on beautiful materials, effortless silhouettes, and clothes made to last.

Today, SOEUR counts boutiques across France and Europe along with corners in the world's finest department stores. This fall, we're writing our next chapter: our first store in the United States, opening in New York in January 2027.

The Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll drive the client experience and service : welcoming, styling, selling, and turning first-time visitors into loyal SOEUR clients. You'll be a core member of the team and a true ambassador of the brand in New York.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every client warmly and make them feel at home

• Style and advise with genuine product expertise across the collection

• Build client relationships and loyalty through personal, attentive service

• Contribute to sales targets and share ideas to grow the business

• Keep the floor immaculate : merchandising, folding, displays, fitting rooms

• Support stock operations : deliveries, replenishment, inventories, transfers
