Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Notifications.

• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflows, IntegrationHub, and custom applications.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

• Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with external applications and enterprise systems.

• Experience with data imports, Transform Maps, Scheduled Jobs, and integration processes.

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization.

• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, enhancements, and production support.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and development guidelines.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
