The Role

• Operate and monitor paper production machinery both on-site and remotely via the process control system (PLS).
• Manage the start-up and shutdown procedures for the paper machine, including re-establishing paper web during breaks.
• Perform fabric changes and direct assigned personnel.
• Conduct cleaning of machine parts and replace doctor blades.
• Adjust and inspect paper web tension.
• Monitor quality parameters using PLS, QLS, and laboratory values.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed vocational training as a Paper Technologist or a comparable qualification.
• Previous experience as a Paper Technologist is desirable.
• Demonstrated independence, initiative, flexibility, and resilience.
• Ability to work in a 5-shift operational model.
