The Role

• Lead the treatment of complex psychosomatic conditions and hold senior physician responsibility for assigned patients.
• Drive diagnostic and therapeutic processes at a high professional level, ensuring guideline-compliant patient care.
• Manage your multidisciplinary team with appreciation and a focus on achieving goals, fostering constructive interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Provide competent supervision and guidance to trainees, supporting their professional and personal development.

What You'll Need

• Specialist in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and/or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Proven experience in treatment leadership and senior physician responsibility.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• An interest in and desire to deepen expertise in personality disorders, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorders is ideal.
• Empathy, initiative, and open communication skills.
