Driven by innovation and sustainability, SK tes is committed to creating a circular economy for technology and achieving its mission of transforming and repurposing 1 billion kilograms of assets by 2030.TasksAbout the roleThe Solutions Manager – Lifecycle & Professional Services acts as the Business Owner for the Lifecycle Services and Professional Services portfolio across EMEA, with accountability for growth, commercial governance, service portfolio strategy, customer governance, KPI/SLA framework governance, profitability, and service expansion opportunities.

The role is the bridge between Sales, Account Management, Solutions, Service Delivery, Operations, Legal, and Finance, ensuring opportunities are commercially attractive, operationally viable, contractually sound, and aligned with approved service capabilities and delivery standards. It owns the client solution from qualification through commercial approval and contract finalization before transitioning approved opportunities into implementation, BAU readiness, and day-to-day operational delivery owned by the Service Implementation Manager and Service Delivery / Operations teams.

Com/global-facilitiesYour ResponsibilitiesDrive solution design and qualification for strategic customer opportunities across EMEASupport RFQs, RFPs, complex bids, and business development initiativesEnsure commercial viability, pricing governance, and contract approval for new business opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and customer-focused solutionsOwn KPI and SLA governance, ensuring commitments are clearly defined and achievableLead customer governance and service review meetings with key stakeholdersIdentify service improvement and business expansion opportunitiesRequirementsYour Profile8+ years of experience in Lifecycle Services, Professional Services, ITAD, Managed Services, Technology Services, or a related industryProven track record in international solution or commercial management, or business leadership rolesStrong understanding of service delivery, pricing models, service contracts, and operational processesExperience managing complex customer engagements, RFQs, RFPs, and large-scale opportunitiesEmpathic communication to build trusting relationships with stakeholders, excellent negotiation skillsAbility to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
