Job Description

Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S.

Citizen
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Job Duties

  • Design, develop, deliver and operate solutions to hard cryptologic computer science problems within a scientific framework
  • Solutions may arise in the forms of forensics and attack attribution, protection of critical networks, active systems warnings and indicators, active penetration into target systems, knowledge discovery of passive and active systems, or other cryptologic computer science mission support
  • Requisite computer science skills (operating systems, compiler theory, database theory, algorithm analysis, computer architecture, discrete math, programming language theory, and data structures) are applied to each problem to provide state of the art techniques, tools and approaches

Required Skills

  • US Citizens Only
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience and a Doctoral degree or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree may be considered
  • Degree in must be in Computer Science; related fields (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) may be considered depending on program content
  • Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following:
  • Computer systems research
  • Simulation/model development and prototyping
  • Software design
  • Programming
  • Computational science
  • Algorithm analysis and design
  • Reverse engineering
  • Designing/developing computer or information systems including engineering hardware and/or software
Compensation Range: $110,000 - $151,000 _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening.
