Your Role
- Identify and address patients’ goals and needs
- Provide effective, evidence-based treatments to improve mobility
- Create personalized care plans for each patient
- Support clients in leading healthier lifestyles through strength and balance training
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
- Monitor progress and document outcomes
- Experience as a Physical Therapist, with a passion for patient care
- Current license to practice physical therapy
- Great communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt
