The Role

• Develop new business and manage existing client relationships by understanding and selling pest control services.
• Conduct property inspections and provide strategic recommendations to commercial clients to ensure safety and compliance.
• Act as an empathetic problem-solver, utilizing provided training to offer innovative and effective solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, lead generation, and utilizing marketing tools.
• Clearly communicate solutions, set expectations, and build trusted partnerships with customers.
• Document sales agreements and manage client information using provided technology.

What You'll Need

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales or customer relationship management experience.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact effectively with clients.
• Willingness to obtain necessary pesticide licensing (company-sponsored).
