The Role

  • Manage a team of Credit Analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Resolve complex customer account issues and credit review escalations.

  • Oversee and contribute to special projects within the Credit department.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in Credit or Collections.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
